Job Description

Develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, policies, procedures and programmes related to staff compensation and benefits (C&B).

  • Support the annual salary review and variable bonus exercise.
  • Enhance existing or develop new C&B systems, framework and processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of total rewards framework.
  • Review compensation proposal to ensure consistency and reasonableness in the methodology and assessment.
  • Participate in C&B surveys, conduct salary and benefits benchmark and market competitive analysis for total rewards.
  • Oversee benefits administration such as medical insurance, provision of unconsumed leave and long service awards.
  • Review travel policy deviations.   
  • Support and advise business units/stakeholders on C&B related matters.
  • Undertake C&B or any other HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Management or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in C&B.
  • Possess good analytical and planning skills with the ability to adhere to project deadlines.
  • Meticulous, well-organised and a conscientious team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
