Job Description

Responsible for general administration, coordination and execution of a variety of finance functions including but not limited to the following: -

• Process Accounts Payable, including staff claims and withholding tax submission.
• Handle Journal Posting and Online Collection.
• Handle finance queries from other department/centres
• Follow up promptly on outstanding items in Balance sheet & Vendor Reconciliation
• Perform adhoc reporting, data extraction and tracking as requested by the supervisor
• Assist in Financial Month End & Financial Year End closing matters
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent qualifications.
• Entry-level candidates or Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior accounting experience is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge in SAP would be  advantageous
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start work immediately/as soon as possible.
