Job Description

The Appointments and Development Department (ADD) oversees academic recognition and development of faculty to enable integrated leadership within the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC), a partnership established to harness collective strengths of Duke-NUS’ medical education and research capabilities, and SingHealth’s clinical expertise.

 

The successful candidate will work under the leadership and supervision of the business lead and will be responsible for administration, coordination and execution of various business-related functions of the Department. The scope of work includes, but is not limited, to the following:

 

  • Assist with planning, organising, and implementing programmes and events.
  • Manage programmes logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and participants to ensure smooth programme execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of programme activities, participant attendance, and feedback.
  • Organise and maintain programme documentation and archives.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to the programmes.
  • Address enquiries from participants, faculty, and stakeholders. 
  • Provide administrative support for IT projects, including managing zoom meetings (online and hybrid), preparing documentation, and tracking project progress.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline. 
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Teams, Power Apps and Power Automate; experience in developing AI-enhanced Apps would be advantageous.
  • Possess good organisational skills and is energetic and self-driven.
  • An independent worker who is a team player and possesses the drive to complete tasks and projects assigned.
