Job Description
Responsible for the execution of human resource processes and transactions for assigned areas of responsibilities within the HR O&T team in a timely and accurate manner. These will include but not limited to the following: -
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in accordance with the employee life cycle framework, ensuring data completeness and consistency.
• Prepare employment contracts and letters in a timely manner and fulfill service requests promptly in compliance with established procedures.
• Manage and organise staff personnel files, ensuring that all documents are properly filed digitally in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Stay informed of organisational changes and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support smooth HR operations.
• Continuously review and identify opportunities to improve and streamline work processes for greater efficiency and impact.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a related discipline with minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Entry level candidates or Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
- Prior work experience in an academic, research or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
- Meticulous, systematic, adaptable and well-organised.
- A team player who is able to prioritise and multi-task.
- Proficient in general software applications that facilitate work operations such as Microsoft Office programmes.
