Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the Board Secretariat in managing and coordinating board-related activities. This role also involves assisting in the organisation and analysis of risk management data to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Board Secretariat Support:
- Assist in managing and coordinating full spectrum of administrative functions relating to Board-related activities and logistical arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date organised Board-related activities.
Risk Management Support:
- Assist in organising, analysing and summarising risk management data and identifying trends.
- Help prepare dashboard, reports, presentations, and other documents on key findings and insights, for accurate and timely reporting to the Management and Board.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Administration (Board Secretariat and Strategy functions) and Risk Management Department.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and presentations, as well as reports and statistics whenever required.
- Handles all department procurement and finance matters
- Liaise with departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication and closure of any follow-up administrative actions.
- Support other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in a related discipline with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software and embracing new tools and technologies to stay relevant and add value in the digital age.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Demonstrates professional ethics and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
