Job Description

Responsible for general administration, coordination and execution of a variety of business functions with some supervisory role including but not limited to the following: 
- Execute finance, budget, manpower, grant administration and policy interpretation processes to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Review, enhance and streamline work processes for value-add impacts and outcomes.
- Compile data, claims and reports in a timely manner with analytical inputs.
- Plan and execute Department’s initiatives/projects.
- Provide administrative support to clinical faculty and students to ensure smooth execution of the clinical curriculum modules assigned
- Cross cover and support other clinical programme staff responsible for any other modules
- Managing and organising clinical programme reading materials and assignments for distribution to the students
- Ensure timely and clear communication among administrative team, faculty and students. 
- Reporting of the PECT in an accurate and timely manner according to schedule of students.
- Learn about and manage functionalities of Student Learning Management Systems related to assigned programmes and communicate with students and faculty  
- Give and receive support to and from colleagues from other OoE Work Programmes to meet shared goals
- Collaborate with colleagues from across OoE and SingHealth in operationalising assigned clinical programmes across phases
- Review, enhance and streamline work processes for value-add impacts and outcomes 
- Serve as a liaison for day-to-day operation matters 
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Degree or equivalent in a related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Prior work experience in an academic environment would be advantageous.

- Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.

- Possess effective communication and written skills, with the ability to work independently and as well as in a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications that facilitate work operations, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
