Job Description

Responsible for general administration, coordination and execution of a variety of business functions including but not limited to the following: -

  • Execute finance, budget, manpower, grant administration and policy interpretation processes to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Review, enhance and streamline work processes for value-add impacts and outcomes.
  • Compile data, claims and reports in a timely manner with analytical inputs.
  • Plan and execute the Department's initiative/ projects.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. More experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
  • Work experience in a research/academic environment would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and is able to work well in teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
