Job Description

  • Responsible for the execution of human resource processes and transactions for assigned areas of responsibilities within the Shared Services team in a timely and accurate manner. These will include but not limited to the following: -
  • Create, maintain and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System according to the employee life cycle framework and ensure completeness and consistency of all relevant data.
  • Perform timely preparation of employee contracts and letters and deliver service request promptly and according to procedures.
  • Maintain staff personnel files and ensure that documents are filed and digitalised in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the school and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proactively identify ways to review and streamline work processes for value-add impact and outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work or as assigned by the supervisor.


  • Degree or equivalent in a related discipline with minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Entry level candidates or Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Prior work experience in an academic, research or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous, systematic and well-organised.
  • A team player who is able to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Proficient in general software applications that facilitate work operations such as Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Familiarity with Success Factor and content management systems would be advantageous.
