Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and support of strategic planning and facilitation of Academic Medicine strategies, including but not limited to the following: -

  • Support the planning and facilitation of strategic collaborations and engagements between our SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Clinical Programmes (“ACPs”) and Duke Health, as part of Duke-NUS’ Phase III/IV plans.
  • Support the development of outcome measures and analysis of impact and success of programmes and initiatives.
  • Support to expand the engagement and coordination of the Signature Research Programmes and their faculties with the ACPs, SingHealth Duke-NUS Disease Centres and Joint Institutes, at system and process level. 
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent, preferably with an understanding of business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, undertaking roles related to strategic planning.
  • Have strong track record of stakeholder management and drive multi-faceted projects with good outcomes.
  • Possess strong strategic and analytical thinking, good organisational skills and ability to carry out coordination work.
  • Have good understanding of and experienced in executing performance measurement tools e.g. Balanced Scorecard
  • Possess excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • An energetic, self-driven, highly emotional and adversity quotient individual who is meticulous and able to multi-task to deliver results under tight timelines
  • Proficient in general software applications such as Microsoft Office and Tableau that facilitate work operations.
