The Executive serves as a critical administrative support role within the Department of Social Work, primarily focusing on the management and administration of the MRS LEE CHOON GUAN ENDOWMENT Fund. The position entails:

Grant Management:
- Serve as the administrator for the Lee Choon Guan grant, overseeing all aspects of grant management and ensuring compliance with fund requirements.
- Handle all financial matters related to grants, ensuring timely administration and adherence to stakeholder timelines.

Committee Secretariat:
- Act as the Secretary for the LCG Steering Committee, organizing and managing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Support the operational aspects of LCG projects, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage Research Collaborative Agreements (RCAs) by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and adhering to established timelines.
- Rapidly address and escalate any deviations from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to management to mitigate negative impacts on the NUS brand.

Event Management:
- Organize and manage large-scale events in collaboration with the team to establish and promote best practices, enhancing the long-term relational and brand impact of NUS among a broader audience and stakeholders.

Financial and Operational Administration:
- Process financial matters related to placements in a timely manner to minimize potential negative responses from stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A good Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in grant management and familiarity with Research Collaborative Agreements Management.
- Experience in project management and/or events management.
- Strong organizational skills; meticulous, systematic, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Pleasant personality with clear-minded thinking.
- Effective communication and strong written skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
