Job Description

This is a two-year contract position, and will be renewed upon good assessment of the candidate's performance.

The candidate is an all-rounder and is required to administer the External Language Programmes offered by the Centre, and work closely with agencies such as National Silver Academy, SkllsFuture Credit and Post Secondary Education Account.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will oversee the External Language Programmes comprising the courses for the public and the customised courses for corporate clients.
  • The candidate will be required to work internally with course consultants to plan the courses, strategise the publicity plans for the target audience.
  • Supported by Management Assistant Officer and student assistants, the candidate will supervise the team to ensure the successful and smooth delivery of the programmes.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager and/or Centre Management.

Qualifications

  • The candidate should possess a university degree, with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences in marketing, finance, HR and conversant in data analytics.
  • A team player and part of the administrative team in the Centre, the candidate must possess strong positive initiative and zest to deliver excellent customer service, whilst able to prioritise work and multi-task under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, the candidate must be conversant and able to communicate with all levels of clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the candidate must be receptive to learn new systems and processes.
