Job Description
Our GeoSpatialX lab (https://blog.nus.edu.sg/geospatialx/), based in the Geography Department at National University of Singapore, has conducted a series of social network analysis in economic geography. We are seeking to recruit an excellent Research Assistant on using social network and graph neural network models to better understand the impacts of global shocks on talent mobility in Singapore with Linkedin data.
Qualifications
You will have a Master or equivalent professional qualifications and relevant research experience in a geography/economics/statistical/mathematical/quantitative discipline. Strong experiences in social networks, complex system, and computer programming skills would be advantageous. The project work will be highly interdisciplinary and as such there is some flexibility to accommodate expertise from a range of cognate disciplinary backgrounds (e.g. geography, economics, statistics, computer science, data science etc).
