Job Description
NUS Department of Social Work invites the application of a temporary executive. You will be responsible for the programme management, administration and operations for Community & Engagement Pillar. The duties will include:
- Coordination of meetings with various stakeholders
- Keep in regular touch with Teaching Staff and provide Academic lead updates from C&E tutors that may require attention.
- Set up and maintain teaching materials on the Learning Management System including lessons and assignments
- Manage and coordinate the production of Blended Learning materials
- Work with stakeholders like the Centre for Instructional Technology, lecture speakers, teaching staff, etc.
- Coordinate research process, data gathering, and preparation for C&E module evaluation
- Working with stakeholders, sending out surveys, coordinating FGDs, etc.
- Assist in preparing relevant materials for presentations to stakeholders
- Manage procurement matters related to C&E pillar modules
- Administrative and logistical support for onboarding training for new teaching staff
- Attend any relevant meetings with stakeholders together with Academic Lead
- Regular Ad-hoc tasks to support the Administrative team in the Department of Social Work
- Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager /HOD as and when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- Entry-level candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience may be considered
- Self-motivated, team player with attention to detail
- Good organizational project management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point required
- Familiarity with Social Science or Education sector will be an advantage.
