Job Description
Reporting to the Head, Programme Management, the hire will provide support for:
(1) Partnership and Exchange Programme
(2) EMBA Immersive Learning Experience
(3) Ranking & Alumni Engagement
The incumbent will be responsible for the following areas:
1. Partnership and Exchange Programme
Global Partnership Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international partner institutions.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities to expand strategic collaborations.
- Develop new partnerships that enhance the EMBA programmes' global network and participant learning opportunities.
- Coordinate partnership agreements, programme discussions and regular communications with overseas institutions.
- Support collaborative initiatives including exchange programmes, Global Network Weeks (GNW), study visits and other joint projects.
International Exchange and Global Network Week (Outgoing)
- Coordinate exchange offerings and participant quotas with partner institutions and global networks (e.g. GNAM/GNW).
- Promote exchange opportunities through information sessions and participant communications.
- Manage application, selection and allocation processes.
- Coordinate participant nominations with partner institutions.
- Advise participants throughout the exchange journey.
- Monitor academic outcomes, transcript collection and credit transfer processes.
- Maintain programme records and prepare management reports.
International Exchange and Global Network Week (Incoming)
- Coordinate incoming exchange nominations with partner institutions.
- Manage communications with incoming participants before and during their exchange.
- Work closely with programme teams to facilitate registration and onboarding.
- Organise orientation, welcome activities and participant support.
- Manage academic records, statements of results and certificates.
- Liaise with partner institutions on academic outcomes and completion matters.
2. EMBA Immersive Learning Experience
Partner with faculty members, corporate partners and external organisations to conceptualise, design and deliver high-impact experiential learning initiatives that enhance participant learning beyond the classroom.
Responsibilities include:
- Explore new destinations, organisations and experiential formats that enrich participants' global business exposure. Assist the programme to develop new immersive programmes.
- Collaborate with faculty to design immersive learning experiences that align with course learning objectives.
- Identify and cultivate corporate, government and industry partners for company visits, executive dialogues, innovation tours and field-based learning.
- Manage the planning and execution of local and overseas immersive programmes.
- Ensure seamless participant experience through effective logistics, stakeholder coordination and risk management.
- Evaluate programme outcomes and participant feedback, and continuously improve future immersive learning initiatives.
3. Ranking and Alumni Engagement
Global Rankings and Strategic Projects
- Support the Executive MBA Programmes' participation in international rankings and benchmarking exercises by:
- Consolidating and validating programme data from multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinating alumni communications and engagement initiatives related to rankings surveys.
- Organising alumni briefing sessions and engagement events.
- Supporting strategic initiatives that enhance programme reputation and global visibility.
Alumni and Community Engagement
- Develop and implement lifelong learning initiatives for EMBA alumni.
- Partner with the BIZAlum Office, alumni volunteers, class representatives and external stakeholders to strengthen alumni engagement.
- Organise networking events, executive learning programmes and community-building activities.
- Support alumni communications and outreach initiatives.
- Foster an active and connected EMBA alumni community that supports the programmes' long-term development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Education, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 3–5 years (Assistant Manager) or 5–8 years (Manager) of relevant experience in higher education, executive education, or programme management.
- Prior experience in experiential learning is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paces environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) and data management tools (Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms (e.g., Canvas, Zoom, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or AI tools) an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with accountability.
