Job Description

The incumbent will support and grow the NUS Business School’s digital and social media presence to achieve exceptional stakeholder engagement, drive traffic to the corporate website, and increase brand awareness and mind share.


Roles and responsibilities include:

  1. Build and execute a social media strategy and plan that is aligned with the corporate objectives
  2. Generate, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections with target audiences
  3. Develop and moderate user-generated content to increase reach and engagement rate
  4. Monitor and analyze social data/metrics, insights, and best practices to continuously improve performance
  5. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to curate and execute content that will generate high engagement

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Education preferably a degree in mass communication, new media, marketing, or business
  • At least 8 years of proven working experience in Digital and Social Media Marketing or Public Relations
  • Comprehensive understanding of the various social media platforms and the technical know-how to curate and optimize content for maximum engagement
  • Good knowledge and practical skills in social analytics and online marketing
  • Meticulous, proactive, creative, and can think outside the box
  • Team player and able to identify synergies with various departments within the school
  • Strong ability to multitask, plan, and manage projects
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite software packages, and in-design skills
