Job Description

 

Reporting to the Head, EMBA Programme Management, the successful candidate will support a range of functions, including but not limited to:

• Faculty and Teaching Support:

  • Coordinate course scheduling and confirm teaching assignments
  • Follow up on course materials, including procurement, pre-segment online schedules, case studies (including copyright clearance), readings, SA/TA requirements, and Canvas setup
  • Manage class groupings
  • Support TA recommendations and appointments
  • Process payments for internal and external faculty, including rewards and incentives
  • Provide assistance with grading, quizzes, and examinations

• Course Registration Support:

  • Coordinate nominations across faculties and programmes
  • Manage elective allocation

• Curriculum Development and Support:

  • Assist in the development of new courses
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to support curriculum review and enhancement

• Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support for both online pre-segment courses and residential segments

• Additional Responsibilities:

  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a cross-cultural environment, with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, writing, interpersonal, and project management abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Digitally proficient, with strong skills in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate) and online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and comfortable adopting AI tools
