Background

The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School invites applications for two open-rank, tenure-track positions in the Department of Management and Organisation. We are open to hiring in all research areas of Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Behaviour (OB). We have a strong preference to hire at least one senior scholar (Associate or Full Professor), while the other position is open to both senior and junior candidates, including those completing their PhDs in 2024/2025. We also welcome and encourage applications from candidates with PhDs in non-business disciplines such as Industrial / Organisational Psychology, Social Psychology, Computational Social Science, and related fields.

Job Description
