OPEN-RANK, TENURE-TRACK POSITIONS
Position: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (tenure track) with a preference to hire a mid-career or senior candidate.
Specialization: Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior (broadly defined). We also welcome applicants trained in Industrial–Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Behavioral Economics, and related fields whose research speaks to HR/OB topics.

Responsibilities
- Produce high-impact scholarly research.
- Teach in our Undergraduate, MSc, MBA, EMBA, PhD, and Executive Educationprograms.
- Supervise doctoral students and contribute to a vibrant research culture in a diverseand inclusive community.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD in Management, OB, HRM, I/O Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- A strong track record of publishing in top-tier journals.
- Commitment to excellent, innovative teaching.
