Job Description

• Provide admissions interview support for the MSc Programmes Office, including reviewing applicants’ asynchronous video assessments and conducting video and Zoom interviews.
• Prepare and submit interview reports in accordance with stipulated timelines and programme guidelines.
• Support the MSc Programmes Office with additional admissions and recruitment-related initiatives, as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook) and online meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, interviewing, or higher education would be an advantage.
