Job Description

  • Prepare appointment letters for the EE faculty and facilitators
  • Prepare programme budget sheets
  • Support the preparation of procurement-related documents and liaise with the NUS procurement office
  • Liaise with external agencies and companies, and coordinate company visits and industry speakers
  • Liaise and coordinate timetables with faculty and facilitators
  • Update and maintain the administrative records, timetables
  • Support visits by client companies and other EE visitors
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head, Customized Executive Programmes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have proven experience in engaging and maintaining client relationships in a complex organisation
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in administration work related to coursework and programmes
  • Have a client-centric approach and the ability to solve problems consultatively
  • Possess effective communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior-level internal and external clients of the school
  • Thrive on actively contributing to a high-performance, client-centric culture
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in Adult Education/Training will be an advantage
