Job Description

This temporary role supports digital marketing for our MBA and Executive MBA programmes by producing high-quality content and sustaining an active, engaging presence across our social media channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, recruitment, admissions, and programme teams to deliver compelling stories that resonate with prospects, students, and alumni.

 

Key Objectives

  • Craft impactful content that differentiates our MBA and Executive MBA programmes and connects with target audiences.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement across priority markets via consistent, high quality social content.
  • Support lead generation and nurturing through organic and paid social performance, reporting clear insights and recommendations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and campaign objectives.
  • Manage daily operations of social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including community management (comments, DMs) and social listening.
  • Plan and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Manage social media ad campaigns (organic and paid) and work with the marketing team to optimize performance.
  • Create engaging content in various formats (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics, blog articles), ensuring brand tone and voice consistency.
  • Write compelling captions and copy tailored to platform norms and audience needs.
  • Plan and produce in-house digital creative assets; coordinate with vendors if professional production (photography/video) is required.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance metrics for social channels and campaigns, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices; propose ideas for testing and content innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with campaign priorities and key milestones.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience managing social media channels and creating content (brand or agency side).
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality visual and written content across formats and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools.
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and tone consistency.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Photography or videography skills are good to have but not a must.
