Job Description

•    Support the programme operations and funding management of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Non-SSG funded programme in Office of Graduate Programmes.
•    Manage and administer the end-to-end operational workflows and processes of Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes to ensure a consistently high level of efficiency.
•    Responsible for planning CET programme schedules, support instructor engagement on teaching deployment and timely reporting on CET programmes.
•    Responsible for all processes under the schedule confirmation, participant registration, programme administration such as providing the attendance list, attendance marking, feedback collation, uploading of attendance and assessment results to SSG online portal, support reporting exercises for CET programmes.
•    Participate in continuous improvement projects to ramp up productivity and operational efficiency.
•    Develop, cultivate, and promote best customer service practices to continuously improve stakeholders’ experience.
•    Support administrative matters during external accreditation and assessment exercises such as SSG yearly audits.
•    Responsible for programme commencements and event coordination.
•    Responsible for new course proposal, course maintenance and course marketing.
•    Responsible for updating of CET website.
•    Responsible for claims processing of SSG Funded Courses.
•    Responsible for the maintenance of CET assets.

Qualifications

•    Good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
•    At least 3 years of related working experience in the education industry, with a good understanding of national training frameworks and education technologies. Applicants without experience from the education industry may also apply.
•    Proficient in office IT applications and Microsoft Office suite of application.
•    Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
•    Results-driven, meticulous, organized, self-motivated and highly disciplined.
•    Proactive, efficient, and able to multi-task.
•    Strong team player who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Able to collaborate and engage with people at different levels of the organisation.
•    Resilient, resourceful with good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and ambiguous work environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with tight deadline and know when to escalate matters.
•    Service-oriented mindset.
