Job Description

Application and Admissions Administration
Provide administrative support for application and admissions administration which include:
•    Assist with the planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication on multiple rounds of admissions and offerings.
•    Assist with the management of records and document processing in the application and admissions system, and issuance of programme offer letters.
•    Maintain application and admissions database for tracking, monitoring and analysis of application, offer and acceptance data and trends.
•    Work with support staff in student-related activities such as registration, orientation and attending to programme or candidature-related enquiries.
•    Work with CET team to support application and administration of CET short courses.

Programme Administration 
Provide programme administration support in Postgraduate Coursework (PGC) programmes which include:
•    Assist in the administrative processes on academic matters such as student candidature matters, examination matters and graduation.
•    Work with Department Administrators and internal or external stakeholders on course advisory, processing of students taking SSG funded modules and Graduate Certificates.
•    Assist in the management of public enquiry mailbox and attend to queries from staff, students, and prospective applicants to promote positive customer service practices and continuously improve students’ experience. 
•    Support systems and process improvements as well as digitalisation efforts and automation of processes for PGC programmes.
Other Duties
•    Support data and analyse statistics for reporting to management and internal or external stakeholders.
•    Assist with programme commencements and event coordination.
•    Support official events, ad-hoc projects and duties, when assigned.
 

Qualifications

•    At least a good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
•    At least 2 years of work experience. Applicants without experience may also apply.
•    Proficient in office IT applications and Microsoft Office suite of application.
•    Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
•    Meticulous and organised.
•    Proactive, efficient and able to multi-task.
•    Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with tight deadline and know when to escalate matters.
•    Able to collaborate and engage with people at different levels of the organisation.
•    Service-oriented mindset.
