Job Description
• Lead the automation initiatives for the administration of Master’s programmes (by coursework), encompassing admissions, academic affairs, and examination processes.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency through automation and implement state-of-the-art solutions to streamline administrative workflows.
• Execute assigned tasks within the Office of Graduate Programmes (OGP) with a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of OGP operations.
• Oversee all facets of the program admissions process, including the meticulous review and processing of applications.
• Issue offer letters and manage subsequent student-related matters, such as the issuance of student cards and handling requests.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and maintain accurate and confidential records of all admissions activities.
• Manage all administrative processes pertaining to academic matters, including the organization and oversight of examinations and program commencements.
• Ensure the smooth and organized execution of academic operations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Undertake any other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by OGP management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting the team.
Qualifications
• Degree Holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in leading automation initiatives and implementing technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency; experience in Slate is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies as needed.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
