Job Description
• Manage enquiries and requests via the College of Design and Engineering (CDE) Coursework Programmes mailbox, working with the Postgraduate (PG) team to attend to programme-related queries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Office of Graduate Programmes (OGP) operations.
• Review and process applications and conduct academic credential verifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and maintain accurate and confidential records of all admissions and examination activities.
• Manage administrative processes related to academic matters, including admissions, student candidature, registration, and examinations.
• Assist in committee meeting secretariat support.
• Assist in shared services across coursework, research, and Continuing Education and Training (CET) duties, as and when required.
• Assist in orientation, and commencement duties.
Qualifications
• A good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office IT applications.
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Meticulous and well-organised.
• Proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, and know when to escalate matters.
• Able to collaborate and engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Possesses a service-oriented mindset.
