The candidate will be part of the postgraduate team supporting the Master of Science in Safety, Health & Environmental Technology (MSc SHE) programme.  Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Manage MSc SHE Corporate programme admissions at the programme level, ensuring compliance with prevailing NUS requirements.
•    Communicate effectively with students on all matters related to the programmes in a timely manner.
•    Provide day-to-day logistic support for the MSc SHE -Corporate programme.
•    Provide support to faculty members with resources from NUS offices and IT systems.
•    Provide support to MSc SHE programme’s operational processes such as logistic preparation for assessments and examinations. 
•    Responsible for overseeing the examination processes for the MSc SHE – Corporate programme.
•    Responsible for outreach, wellness and other student events for the department’s master coursework programmes. 
•    Write simple event summaries and maintain updates to the programme website.
•    Support Programme Directors and work closely with all members of the team
•    Any other relevant ad-hoc duty as required

Job Requirements

•    Only Singaporeans and/or permanent residents need to apply.
•    Degree holder or equivalent in a related discipline with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
•    Prior work experience in an academic environment would be advantageous. 
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
•    Able to communicate clearly, cooperative and supportive in a team setting, yet able to work independently and manage personal tasks effectively
•    Proficient in general software applications that facilitate work operations such as Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and productivity tools
