Duties and Responsibilities
ISEM is looking to hire an Executive or Senior Executive to support its experiential programmes, primarily the Systems Design Project (SDP) and Industrial Attachments (IA).
Key responsibilities:
1. Systems Design Project (SDP) administration
• Manage the full operational cycle: student onboarding, allocation of project groups, mentor assignment, presentation scheduling and assessment tracking.
• Standardise document templates, timelines, and communications to industry partners, faculty members, and students.
• Maintain database of existing industry contacts and potential pipelines
2. Industrial Attachments (IA) coordination
• Attend regular internship committee meetings at the Faculty level
• Review internship suitability, and student’s eligibility.
• Allocate faculty mentors to student interns
• Track internship progress and ensure timely post-internship evaluations and report submissions.
3. SDP Industry Showcase project planning and execution
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual SDP Industry Showcase.
• Oversee marketing/collateral and stakeholder (industry partners, faculty members and students) communications.
• Provide post-event reporting (attendance, feedback, expenditure).
4. Participate in other department administrative duties, such as:
• Examination invigilation
• Outreach events
• Welcome briefings and Commencement duties
