Finance & Procurement Processing which includes
• Purchase order management
• Processing payments and claims
• Tracking expenditure and maintaining proper documentation
Department Support
• Assist with logistics for seminar and official visits
• Support general admin requests
Other related finance, procurement and admin duties.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or general degree, with preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in administrative, finance-related or compliance-driven environments preferred
• Meticulous with ability to follow through tasks from initiation to completion
• Good communication skills, with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters
• Familiarity with procurement workflows, PO raising or documentation processing preferred
• Pleasant and positive attitude
