Job Description
Platform Management:
• Manage and curate content for the College communication platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Lead development with IT, web developers and other vendors for major updates, troubleshooting, and security enhancements.
Monitoring and Evaluation of Communication Metrics:
• Develop and refine metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Analyse the impact of the College communications and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the impact of communication efforts to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement for Brand Alignment and Building:
• Drive initiatives internally and with external partners to ensure brand consistency in joint initiatives and communications.
• Initiate brand building, addressing the identified gaps in the College’s Communication strategies.
Event Management:
• Lead and coordinate Comm's roles in selected College profiling and events, including but not limited to showcases in international platforms, key speaker series, open houses etc.
Content Creation:
• Produce various content types, including posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates to highlight College activities and outcomes in Education, Alumni Relations, and Development areas. This may necessitate the creation of graphics, designs, photos and videos, and other assets.
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and tailored to the intended audience.
Qualifications
• Excellent command of communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in various social media tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with multimedia tools and platforms for creating and disseminating content, such as video editing software, design tools, and analytics software.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse audiences and cultures.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and new challenges in a dynamic environment.
