Research Assistant Professor (Semiconductor Technologies)

Job Description

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a candidate at the appointment grade of Research Assistant Professor in the area of semiconductor technologies. 

The candidate is expected lead active and externally funded research program and collaborative research with colleagues in other disciplines to address challenges that achieve scientific and societal impact are encouraged. Besides research, the candidate is also encouraged to contribute to teaching and service roles at the Department, College, or University level.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have an earned doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science for at least five years including two years of PhD study. 

Candidates must have an established track record in research fields of semiconductor technologies.
