Job Description
The candidate is expected to conduct research in the broad area of application-technology co-optimization of hardware accelerators. Expected scope of design studies includes: nonvolatile memories like RRAM, MRAM and FeFET memories; processing-in/near-memory macros and their applications; co-optimization of algorithms like large language models, accelerator architecture, circuits and device technologies.
Recruited candidates are expected to work on development of models and simulation frameworks, contribute to research journal publications and conference presentations.
Qualifications
i) A bachelor degree in relevant fields
ii) Knowledge of machine learning and generative AI;
iii) Familiarity with at least one simulation tool and approach (COMSOL, MATLAB, Python, Synopsys TCAD, VLSI EDA tools, C/C++ programming). Familiarity with multiple tools and approaches is a plus.
iv) Open to fixed term contract.
