Research Engineer (Optical imaging)

Job Description

The Optical Bioimaging Lab is seeking a Research Engineer/Research Assistant for a research project funded by HTX. The successful candidate will be involved in developing an optical coherence tomography system and conduct imaging experiments. He/she will also be responsible for processing and analysing the imaging data.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other related fields.
• He/she should be familiar with basic optical design and optical alignment. 
• Good written and spoken communications and able to present results clearly.
• Open to fixed-term contract.
