Job Description
This is a postdoctoral position. The selected Research Fellow is required to investigate the use of different solid waste materials to create cementitious substances for construction applications. Both laboratory experiments and thermodynamic modeling will be employed to assess the waste materials and their corresponding mixtures. The selected candidate will need to design and carry out experiments and modeling, as well as prepare technical papers for journal publications and conferences.
Qualifications
• Possess a PHD degree in cementitious material studies and be familiar with cement chemistry experiments plus thermodynamic modeling.
• The candidate must have a strong publication track record.
• Good written and spoken communications and able to present results.
• Open to fixed-term contract.
