Job Description

We are currently seeking Research Fellows with a strong interdisciplinary background in acoustic device design, micro-nano 3D printing and precise assembly of functional particles. 

You will be responsible for leading the design, simulation, additive manufacturing and system integration of micro-nano devices based on acoustic control principles, and developing a precise assembly and patterning platform for new generations of functional particles (including but not limited to microspheres, fibres, and composite particles). 

The role involves conducting independent research, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to high-impact publications in reputable international journals. 

This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in innovative technologies while working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

•    A PhD degree in mechanics engineering, materials science and engineering, acoustic, biomedical engineering, or any related fields.
•    Strong expertise in acoustic design and simulation, acoustic micro manipulation technology, microfluidics, advanced manufacturing (such as lithography, 3D printing, laser direct writing, etc.).
•    A proven track record of publications in reputable international journals with at least 3 papers published in the past 5 years.
•    Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
•    Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
•    A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
•    Less than 3 years of work experience after obtaining a PhD degree.
