Job Description

The Research Fellow will work on the project “Lightning Fast Photonic Neural Processor for AI,” involving research on artificial intelligence, neural processors, and related computational methods. 

They will contribute to algorithm development, simulation, experimental analysis, technical documentation, and preparation of research publications. 

Support project coordination, data analysis, and collaboration with the PI, Co-PI, and project team members.

Qualifications

The candidate should have:
•    A PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field. 
•    Strong knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, optimization, neural networks, and computational modeling is required. 
•    Experience in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ is preferred. 
•    Good research, analytical, communication, and scientific writing skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
