Job Description
The selected Research Fellow (RF) will be responsible for leading and managing research activities related to the project titled “Offshore Centrifuge modelling.”
Key duties will include conducting offshore centrifuge modelling for Coastal Structures and aiding to supervise research assistants. He/she must also help in ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards and contributing to the preparation of progress reports and grant documentation.
Job Requirements
• Possess at least a PhD degree in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Earth Sciences, Remote Sensing, and Artificial Intelligence are also well-suited. • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Has proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) and experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Open to fixed-term contract.
