Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in analog electronics to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of analog electronic circuits for novel flexible electronic devices, with a specific focus on flexible sensors and actuators integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize analog electronic circuits for integration into novel flexible electronic devices.
• Conduct experimental testing and characterization of analog circuits to ensure performance and reliability in flexible sensor and actuator applications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to incorporate analog electronics into overall device design and fabrication processes.
• Stay updated on advancements in flexible electronics and propose innovative solutions to enhance device performance and functionality.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and findings in technical reports and research publications.
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate students involved in flexible electronics research projects.
• Participate in grant proposal writing and securing funding for ongoing and future research initiatives.
• Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and workshops to disseminate knowledge and foster collaborations within the scientific community.
• Contribute to the intellectual and scientific environment of the Khudiyev Research Group through active participation in group meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• A Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in analog electronics circuit design, including amplifier circuits, filters, and signal conditioning circuits.
• Proven experience in simulation tools such as SPICE (e.g., LTSpice, Cadence) for analog circuit design and analysis.
• Familiarity with flexible electronics fabrication techniques and materials is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated track record of high-quality research as evidenced by publications in reputable journals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
• Additional expertise in related areas such as wireless electronics design, low-power design, or sensor and actuator interfaces would be advantageous.
