Research Fellow (Wave-Current Interaction)

Job Description

The Research Fellow (Postdoc) will conduct research in the field of coastal dynamics, in terms of wave-current interaction and morphological processes with computational fluid dynamics methods. Numerical simulations and computational fluid dynamics modelling will be conducted.

Job Requirements

•    Possess a PhD in related field and relevant research experience.
•    Candidates with background in coastal and ocean engineering, especially with experience and knowledge in numerical modelling, CFD, wave theories, OpenFOAM, and coastal processes are encouraged to apply.  
•    Excellent written and spoken communications and able to present results clearly.
•    Has strong quantitative and writing skills.
•    Prior good publication record is advantageous.
•    Open to fixed-term contract
