Job Description
The candidate will conduct experimental research in the area of spin orbit torque based magnetic memory, memory device fabrication and characterization. The research efforts of current position will be focused on magnetoelectric transportation, nanofabrication of the device and device performance characterization.
Qualifications
Potential candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in physics and materials Science, with a background in magnetic materials, spintronics. He/she should also have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and able to co-supervise graduate students.
