Job Description
To conduct research in area of p-type 2D materials growth at BEOL compatible temperatures
Qualifications
• PhD degree
• Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required.
• Recent Ph.D. or postdocs with experience of 2D materials growth, priority will be given to the candidate with CVD growth experience.
• Applicants must have good publications in the field of 2D materials growth.
