Job Description

•    Drive branding, communications and outreach, and engagement strategies for prospective students.
•    Support communications for outreach events (e.g. NUS Open Houses).
•    Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders as primary point-of-contact in relation to undergraduate education and alumni matters.
•    Manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with CDE directions and messages.
•    Build brand followership, awareness, and engagement for CDE events and programmes.
•    Track community sentiment and make recommendations to optimise social media and outreach strategies.
•    Provide timely reporting to senior management.
•    Support Head of Communications in strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development, website updates, and optimisation across social media channels and digital touchpoints.
•    Support related communications projects as required (e.g. Commencement).


•    Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
•    Excellent command of English communication skills, both spoken and written.
•    Experience in digital content production.
•    Proficiency in various social media tools and platforms, with some experience in supporting online marketing/ community engagement campaigns.
•    Experience in animation/motion graphics, UI/UX web design, photography/videography and/or events management would be advantageous.
