Job Description
Provide support in the planning and organisation of events, and provide administrative assistance as required by the team, including the following:
• Liaise with internal and external parties on the logistics and arrangements of events.
• Follow-up and coordinate with NUS Faculties/Departments/Principal Investigators (PIs) on their involvement/participation in the events.
• Assist with budget and finance matters for the events.
• Keep track of project timelines, maintain and update the to-do lists for the events.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to 7 years of work experience.
• Good communication skills, prompt, meticulous and organised.
• Team player and able to multi-task.
• Prior experience with events organisation will be a plus.
