Role Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible to support the yearly undergraduate admissions exercise and outreach and recruitment for the school. This role involves administration of admission process, assisting with school visits, campus tours, events, outreach campaigns, and day-to-day administrative tasks that contribute to increase the school’s outreach and enrolment goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Assist in the coordination of undergraduate admissions processes, including application management, interviewing scheduling, and applicant communication.
•    Provide information to prospective students, parents, and schools regarding admissions and financial aid options.
•    Provide admission decisions within established timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions cycle.
•    Maintain accurate records of applicant statuses and decisions in the admissions system.
•    Support the planning and execution of Undergraduate outreach activities such as Open House, Information Sessions, school visits, outreach workshops, and promotional events that showcase the school’s strengths. 
•    Responsible for regular maintenance of the school’s admissions website to ensure accurate, timely content, smooth functionality, and a user-friendly experience for prospective students.
•    Provide data insights to support decision-making.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or a related field.
•    3 – 5 years of relevant experience in admissions or administration (higher education experience advantageous).
•    Organised and meticulous with attention to details.
•    Willing to work on weekends to oversee admissions processes and activities.
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and external stakeholders.
•    Proficiency in MS Office; experience with student information systems or CRM platforms preferred.
•    Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently while contributing to a team.
