Job Description

  • Coordinate meetings and secure room bookings for faculty
  • Arrange travel bookings and logistics for faculty
  • Process and track claims made by faculty, researchers and students
  • Coordinate the recruitment of research staff and students
  • Coordinate the visits of visiting professors and visitors
  • Liaise with researchers and technical staff on the procurement of goods and services and asset inventory
  • Provide support for assigned school administrative functions, including logistical preparations, event organization, and other related tasks
  • Coordinating with relevant units in handling claims hub and other systems or manual submissions and processing of claims
  • Constantly reviewing the relevant submission systems to ensure efficient workflows
  • Cross-departmental checks on student and staff travel matters for submission of claims

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 2 years' of work experience or Polytechnic Diploma holder with at least 5 years' of work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, numerate, resourceful and energetic.
  • Able to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SAP or S/4HANA, Microsoft Office applications, and data visualization tools.
