Job Description
- Coordinate meetings and secure room bookings for faculty
- Arrange travel bookings and logistics for faculty
- Process and track claims made by faculty, researchers and students
- Coordinate the recruitment of research staff and students
- Coordinate the visits of visiting professors and visitors
- Liaise with researchers and technical staff on the procurement of goods and services and asset inventory
- Provide support for assigned school administrative functions, including logistical preparations, event organization, and other related tasks
- Coordinating with relevant units in handling claims hub and other systems or manual submissions and processing of claims
- Constantly reviewing the relevant submission systems to ensure efficient workflows
- Cross-departmental checks on student and staff travel matters for submission of claims
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 2 years' of work experience or Polytechnic Diploma holder with at least 5 years' of work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, numerate, resourceful and energetic.
- Able to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP or S/4HANA, Microsoft Office applications, and data visualization tools.
