Senior Executive, National Cybersecurity R&D Lab (NCL), School of Computing

Introduction

The National Cybersecurity R&D Lab (NCL) is established in 2015 and funded under the National Cybersecurity R&D (NCR) Programme. Our aim is to provide support to the Singapore cybersecurity R&D community in terms of their research experimentation and testing requirements. NCL offers computing resources and controlled experimentation environments to facilitate collaborative research among academia, government bodies, and industry. The infrastructure comprises a cluster of 300+ nodes with diverse provisioning mechanisms, security data, and security services.

NCL invites applications for the position of Program Executive to support the research, development and education in the cybersecurity community. Successful candidates will be offered a renewable 2 years contract.
 

Job Description

• Development of programme content and workshops.
• Programme Management and planning including programme execution, administration, and logistics support.
• Support team-wide effort to build and maintain relationships with key research labs, centers, and institutes as well as industry partners.
• Execution of marketing and outreach efforts.
• Management of shared work process and knowledge /data depositories related to the programme.
• Liaise with colleagues and vendors on the procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree Holder with relevant discipline, preferably with some background in Cybersecurity or IT systems.
• Those without experience may apply
• Project Management Skills and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Resourceful, enjoy taking on new challenges and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and effective team player.
• Good communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
