  1. Research Coordination and Participant Management
    • Coordinate participant recruitment activities.
    • Manage scheduling, consent documentation, and communication with older adults and their caregivers.
  2. Data Collection and Management
    • Conduct and support qualitative data collection through face-to-face or online interviews.
    • Ensure secure data handling and storage in compliance with ethics requirements.
  3. Administrative and Reporting Support
    • Prepare progress reports, meeting summaries, and ethics-related documentation.
    • Assist in preparing manuscripts, presentations, and grant-related materials.
  4. Team and Communication Support
    • Liaise with collaborating institutions and coordinate research logistics.
    • Participate in regular project meetings and contribute to overall study management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science, Social Science, or Public Health.
  • Familiarity with research ethics and handling of sensitive data involving older adults or healthcare settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); ability to communicate sensitively with older adults and caregivers.
  • Prior experience in qualitative research, including conducting interviews, is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude.
  • A sincere, honest, and proactive learner who demonstrates responsibility and integrity in work.
  • Empathy and compassion for older adults, with a genuine interest in improving their quality of life.
