Temporary Management Assistant Officer (12 months)

Job Description

You will assist in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations in the Hall by providing administrative support in the following areas:

• Receiving and sorting of parcels and letters
• Posters design and dissemination
• Maintain accurate student disciplinary records in NUS databases 
• Support and coordinates residential programs
• Maintain and replenish first aid and stationary supplies
• Provide timely and effective administrative, logistical and welfare support to the Residential Life team and students
• Record and maintains inventory lists 
• Ensure that the office and common areas are kept clean at all times.
• Support of hostel's events such as VIP visits, Master's & Fellow's Tea, Forums etc
• Handle finance-related matters and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• GCE A-Level or Diploma, preferably with at least one year of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive working attitude, team player.
• Meticulous, independent and proactive.
• Resourceful and committed.
