Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Administrative (Sustainable and Green Finance Institute)

The Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Sustainable and Green Finance Institute (SGFIN), ensuring ample support to meet the administrative needs of the Institute’s operation, including research and academic programmes, industry outreach, and various events.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate industry engagements and collaborations, by providing support to various research related activities through the coordination of efforts in the preparation of research proposals, applications, communication, reports and deliverables.  

 

  1. Support the development and management of the Institute’s various publicity and corporate outreach efforts relating to editorial content, liaison with NUS corporate communication team and external media, as well as event managements.

 

  1. Support the running of the institute’s key admin operations, including those related to the running of the Institute’s events as well as education and training programmes.

 

Requirements

  • Recognized University Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, with significant exposure in a similar capacity, preferably in tertiary institutions.  
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, with keen attention to details.
  • Self driven with a strong sense of initiative and commitment to the tasks at hand.
  • Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude and a good team player.
