Job Description

• Fully responsible for the administration and maintenance of Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud (SFMC) within the Business School Cluster
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other API (Application Programming Interface) integrations ensuring best practices and standard guidelines for Cloud service integration
• Manage workflows, triggers, web to lead Integration, Lead Capture from Social Media platforms
• Manage SSO (Single sign-on) Integrations and renew the SSO Certificate(s) annually for Sales cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Oversee & adopt plans for technical projects centred on APIs and integrations between various systems/third party provides (Workato) and Sales cloud
• Assist in training of new users, and grow Sales cloud and SFMC skill set across relevant stakeholders
• Development of a scalable Salesforce training programme to upskill internal CRM stakeholders
• Act as a product champion and establish valuable relationships with department stakeholders
• Function as the middleman between Department users & CRM Stakeholders on product evaluation time to time to coordinate product procurement, license renewals with Salesforce
• Take ownership in driving new feature development through every stage of the product life cycle and delivering incremental value
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development/Product releases
• Validate projects after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution
• Execute change management effectively with every Sales cloud & Marketing Cloud update or release

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud experience
• Prior experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder etc
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing CRM features/custom apps to increase user efficiency
• Solid understanding of salesforce product from an end user experience view point
• Knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• Experience with Reports and Dashboards
• Good communications skills, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
• Salesforce Administrator & Marketing Cloud Certified (Optional). Other Salesforce Certifications will be a bonus.
