ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for motivated individual to:

 

- Review and design frameworks, programmes and initiatives for building organizational and leadership capabilities to support the University’s vision and strategies.

 

- Collaborate with Talent Partner to devise and roll out leadership and career development initiatives to drive the readiness of high potential employees as part of the organisation’s leadership succession focus. 

 

- Act as a performance consultant and diagnose learning needs through consultation with stakeholders, and turn this analysis into impactful, creative and cost-effective organisation-wide learning solutions.

 

- Partner departments to drive employee engagement in a sustainable manner within the organization including partaking in culture change campaigns from conceptualisation through implementation, employee engagement surveys to effective bridge employee sentiments with organisational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will be a passionate professional with at least 10+ years of experience in talent/organisational development, and demonstrated experience in the following: 

 

- devise and implement key initiatives in the critical areas of talent/leadership development, competency and skills framework, culture, and employee engagement. 

 

- oversee and manage the end to end of programmes - curating content, delivery methods, sourcing for vendors, scheduling and rollout, assessing effectiveness, gathering feedback and analysing data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes and develop continuous enhancements. 

 

- build strong working relationship, instilling trust and confidence in colleagues at all levels. 

 


The successful candidate should be:

 

- highly adept, embrace ambiguity to methodically working through complex problems, setting priorities, and delivering on commitments.

 

- self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity

 

- collaborative and able to influence and garner support, and communicate at all levels to achieve results 

 

- willing to experiment and innovate, able to translate vision into actionable effective programs
